SleepLog in ChatGPT: terms

These terms cover the SleepLog app inside ChatGPT ("SleepLog"), provided by GymStreak Labs ("we", "us"). By using SleepLog you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What SleepLog is

SleepLog keeps a sleep diary and a dream diary for you in ChatGPT, compares your nights with what you did the day before, runs a wind-down routine and plays sleep sounds. It is free to use.

Not medical advice

SleepLog is a diary. It doesn't give medical advice and isn't a substitute for a doctor. Comparisons show what went with your nights, not what caused them. If you're worried about your sleep or health, talk to a doctor.

Your diary

What you log is yours. You let us store and process it only to run SleepLog for you, as described in our privacy page. You can export or delete it at any time by asking in ChatGPT.

Acceptable use

Please use SleepLog for your own diary. Don't:

• try to read or change anyone else's diary, or get around how SleepLog links a diary to your ChatGPT account;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or use it to break the law;
• store content you don't have the right to keep, or other people's private details.

Availability and changes

We provide SleepLog "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it running and your diary safe, but we don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and you should export a copy of anything you want to keep. We may change or stop SleepLog, or update these terms; if a change matters, we'll show it here with a new date.

Ending

You can stop using SleepLog at any time and delete everything by asking in ChatGPT. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service or other users.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, as SleepLog is a free service, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss of data, and our total liability to you is limited to £100. If you use SleepLog as a consumer, you keep your statutory rights.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have where you live.
